Elevating the human experience through music
Elevating the human experience through music
All of life is energy and vibration and the ultimate goal is to keep our vibration as high as possible. as often as we can. Love being the highest vibration. None of us would be here without it because it's who we are. We are the energy of love realized and the more we learn to embody this, the more beautiful our lives can become.
Knowing love flows through everyone and everything, it becomes incredibly helpful to spend time looking for those things that bring more joy, love and peace to you. One of the beautiful things about music and meditation combined is the platform and space it can provide for more self-love and discovery. And the more you discover or uncover, the more there is to love.
Our universe is an enormous cosmic symphony composed of sounds, frequencies, tones and collaborations so vast and harmonious that we can be endlessly transformed by them. Truly miraculous, and made of love, just like us. And no matter how many times we may forget this, music and mediation can always bring us back to love. To ourselves.
Gratitude is something that also raises our vibration. And the more we find to be grateful for, the more often we can find ourselves in a higher state of grace. And what does a higher state of grace bring us?! More love. When we are feeling more grateful, we naturally feel better. Our vibration is elevated. And when our vibration is elevated through music, it becomes this all-encompassing and reciprocal experience that gives and gives and gives.
We are all humans being our best at any given time and that's going to mean something different to everyone. Feeling on top of the world 24/7, well, that's not quite how life works, is it?! However, what we can do in these "in between times" is honor where we're at and look for ways to soothe our souls in our most challenging circumstances. Anyone experiencing deep grief understands this all too well. And what is grief but love with no place to go?
When all the love you were pouring into your loved one, and all the love they were pouring into you shifts into profound loss, everything changes. Especially you. And while you can still connect with them on another plane, it can take a good amount of healing before that feels possible or comforting. In my experience, everybody needs to go through their grief and loss in their own way, in their own time. This music has helped me navigate the most difficult loss of my life. And as I continue my healing and my musical journey, I sincerely hope this music will help you too.
